so if you hit a pressure pad, then another it'll provide power.

You have to connect the pressure plate [1] to a memory gate and connect the memory gate to one side of the AND-gate. Then connect the other pressure plate [2] to the other side of the AND-gate. The end of the AND-gate is then powered when you press on the pressure plate [1] and then on the other pressure plate [2]. If you ever want to reset it, connect a button to the other side of the memory gate.
